View classWhy families choose us
Starting something new can feel daunting. Trial lessons are relaxed and friendly, while regular classes still have clear expectations around listening, respect and effort.
Adults train separately from teens. You do not need to be fit already or know what you are doing before you start; the first step is simply coming in and trying it.
Timetable
The timetable is structured by age and belt level, with beginner-friendly white belt classes clearly marked.
